Soft Skills Training, if not considered an overstatement, is like shadow boxing. Just as shadow boxing is primarily used to tone the muscles before the person undergoing training engages in stronger physical activity, soft skills training is all about toning up the behavioral and mental reserves to survive and succeed in the personal as well as the professional world. Training in Soft Skills is both a challenge and a great learning experience. Soft Skills are behavioral or life skills that are essential for success, both in personal and professional life. It is a widely known fact that neither teching nor training can help learn soft skills. These skills have to be subtly learnt to be internalized. Soft skills are nothing but the value system one inherits from ones family and environment. Soft skills are hard to learn. More
