The process of learning is a continuous process in the life of the teachers. It requires effective concentration to acquire sufficient knowledge to transfer information to the students by teaching. The energy is a critical parameter that controls the process of learning to teach. Understanding the influence of energy on the learning process will lead to an improved classroom performance and ability to sharpen the pedagogical skills of the teachers. The motivational energy, emotional energy and physical energy possessed by a person plays a vital role in the process of learning. Although the new and novice teachers seem to gradually acquire professional skills as they progress, the above energy level determines the speed of their learning for the purpose of teaching. This paper focuses on the influence of the motivational energy, emotional energy and physical energy on the learning process. The differential characteristics between the expert teachers and inept teachers are also analyzed and correlated to the energy levels associated with the learning process. More
